After many weeks of waiting & wiggling, Alex finally lost her first tooth. While wrestling with Will, she got kicked in the mouth & her tooth came popping out! It's not how you lose it....it's simply that you lost it.

Introducing "Flounder"


Will spent the last of his Birthday/Christmas gift cards & purchased a small
aquarium along with his very first fish....a Beta named "Flounder"!

During Spring Break, Will attended the "Simply the Best" baseball camp that's held every year. This is the 2nd time he's gone & he's always had such a great time learning more about baseball. He was really tired by the end of the week...they worked really hard.

Easter with Gran & Papaw

As many of you may know, our cat Chloe died on February 27th....yes, Alex's birthday. With the weather being so cold, the ground was too hard for us to bury her right away. So, we wrapped her up & placed her in the deep freezer.....yes, the freezer. It started to warm up a bit, so on March 1st we were finally able to give her a "proper" funeral.

Aren't these a couple of beauties!? Katelyn & Alex decided to play dress-up after the birthday party!

To celebrate Alex & Sophie's birthdays,
we had a swimming party at Dublin Park.

They both really enjoyed spending the afternoon
with their special friends & family!

Since Grammy & Poppy couldn't come for down for the party, they sent Alex a beautiful bouquet of pink roses! She was so proud of them! She displayed them on the mantle for over a month!

Alex turned 6 on February 27th and started off the day with a Zinger!
Chocolate is her favorite!


She had been sick for a few days & couldn't go to school on her birthday, so she had a very rare & very special day!
We spent the morning shopping at the mall where she purchased a Lil' Webkinz that she named "Miley". Then we met Dad for lunch at O'Charley's! She even got a free piece of Caramel Pie!
Later that night we went to Rosie's Mexican Restaurant for dinner where she posed with Will for a great picture....Sophie was there, but wasn't in a very good mood.

We celebrated Valentine's Day
by getting heart-shaped pizzas
from Papa John's!

Thomas turned 4 & celebrated with a
fun-filled day of bowling!

January 16th was a very exciting day!! We actually saw some snow falling!!
As you can see, Will & Alex were right out there...taking it all in!

On January 11th, we celebrated Sophie's 2nd Birthday!
It's hard to believe it's already been 2 years.
She started off the morning with a special birthday breakfast.... a powdered donut with a candle! Will & Alex sang a fabulous version of "Happy Birthday" before heading off to school.

Then it was time for Sophie to go to school & we took a mini cupcakes to celebrate her special day with her school friends!

We finished the night off with dinner at Logan's!
